PRIVACY NOTE · UPDATED OCTOBER 18, 2026
Your choices.
Your information.
GlyNAC.ca is an independent research guide created by Michael. Contact hello@glynac.ca about your subscription or information.
Email research updates
The optional signup asks for your email address and permission to send GlyNAC.ca research updates. You must confirm through the email we send before joining the active list. You can unsubscribe using the link in any update, or contact us for help.
MailerLite provides the signup and email service. It processes email addresses, subscription and consent status, delivery information and technical data such as IP address, browser information and form views. Its form scripts may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not add AI chat conversations or health information to subscriber profiles.
MailerLite provides reporting on form views, signups and email delivery. Email links and tracking pixels may also record clicks and opens depending on the settings of a message. These measurements do not establish how many individual people read a message.
Unsubscribing stops research updates. The provider may retain a suppression record to prevent further sends; it does not necessarily delete all subscription data. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
See MailerLite’s privacy policy and form cookie information for its processing practices, service providers and international data handling. No newsletter purchase is required.
Saved in your browser
The ingredient shortlist and comparison checkboxes use this browser’s local storage. You can clear them using “Privacy & local saves” on the main guide. Downloads stay on your device unless you share them. We have not added a separate site-wide visitor analytics service.
Optional AI chat
Using the AI guide sends your question and recent conversation to OpenAI to generate a reply. This site does not store chat text. It stores aggregate request and token counts to manage shared usage limits. OpenAI and hosting data policies apply; avoid sharing personal health information. Closing the page or selecting New chat clears the page’s conversation.
The guide is public and does not require a ChatGPT sign-in. Hosting services process technical information needed to serve and protect the site. Following research or retailer links takes you to sites with their own privacy practices.
